PREFACE

 

There are more and more clear signs suggesting that I too am mortal.

This is a horrible injustice but I have become resigned to it.
For the rest of my life I will try and forget about this horror by working frantically hard and 'putting things in order.'

There is only one place in the world where you can definitely find someone and that is the cemetery: the palpable and all-inclusive part of every family tree, as this is the gate to the past and unfortunately all future roads lead to it as well.

The people resting under the stones have taken their knowledge, stories, songs, moods, achievements and images with them, but they have also left all of these behind.

This site is designed to organize all these.
It is not a simple register but a topical potential to pay tribute - a museum and an active forest of family trees.

Do not throw away the belongings of the dead!
Let us make a living relic of them!
